2. Data Collected
The only personal data collected is the email address voluntarily provided via the notification form, together with the submission timestamp and consent record.
We also collect anonymous navigation data (country, browser language, device type) for statistical purposes. No navigation data is linked to identifiable personal data.
3. Newsletter & Launch Communications
By submitting your email and ticking the consent checkbox, you agree to receive electronic communications about Triple Crown Spectator, including platform launch notifications, updates on the recognition system, and relevant project news.
You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@triplecrownspectator.com or clicking the unsubscribe link in any communication.
4. Purpose & Legal Basis
Processing is carried out solely for newsletter and launch notification purposes. Legal basis: explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5. Retention
Your email will be retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion. Data will be deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
6. Data Sharing
Data will not be sold or shared for commercial purposes. Technical service providers (hosting, email delivery) may process data as data processors under GDPR-compliant agreements.
